摘    要:乌夏地区二叠系风城组钻井提速面临硬地层钻速慢、井斜控制困难、井漏频发、高压井控风险大等难题,近年来应用泡沫钻井、氮气钻井、涡轮配合孕镶金刚石钻头钻井、垂直钻井、充气欠平衡钻井、随钻堵漏等新工艺、新技术,机械钻速稳步提高,复杂时率逐年下降,提速工作不断取得新突破。

PROBLEMS AND ITS SOLUTIONS OF DRILLING IN WUXIA AREA OF JUNGGAR BASIN

Abstract:Technologic challenges of improving drilling speed in WuXia area of Junggar basin include:low drilling penetration rate in hard formation,borehole deviation,serious circulation loss,high risk of well blowout,etc.Therefor,a series of new drilling techniques to improve drilling speed in this area was experimentally used in recent years,including foam drilling,Nitrogen drilling,impregnated diamond bit +high speed turbine drilling,vertical drilling,etc,through using the above new techniques,the drilling penetration rate was improved significantly,the complex time was decreased obviously.
