| 摘 要： | 陆梁油田作业区水套加热炉存在严重的盘管腐蚀,甚至出现了盘管穿孔现象,影响了油气的集输和油田的正常生产,分析了水套加热炉腐蚀的原因,原油中含酸有机物对盘管的腐蚀较小,水套加热炉盘管的腐蚀主要由油田采出液中的氯化物、硫化物和溶解氧引起。针对以上腐蚀情况提出了相应的解决方案和对策。 |

| Abstract: | There is a serious corrosion on the coil pipe of the water jacket heater,What is more,there have been many perforations at the coil pipe,which affected the oil and natural gas gathering and transportation and normal production in oil fields.The reasons for the water jacket heater corrosion are analyzed.The coil pipe corrosion is lighter by the acidic organic compounds in the crude oil.The corrosion of the water jacket heater coil pipe is mainly caused by the chlorides and sulfides in oilfield produced fluid and dissolved oxygen in the liquid.For the above the corresponding solutions and countermeasures have been proposed. |
