供电企业培训评估探讨

摘    要:开展培训评估工作能帮助企业判定培训是否达到预期效果,进行成本与效益的比率分析,进行培训程序的深入分析,为改进培训提供依据,可以对培训工作的目标、程序、成效进行分析和比较,仔细评定各个阶段与整个培训计划的优缺点及可改进的措施,找出问题和漏洞的根源所在,不断地改进和完善培训开发的程序,提高职工参加培训工作的积极性,使企业的目标同职工的职业生涯发展更加紧密的集合,达到企业和职工的双赢。主要以柯克帕特里克培训四级评估模型为主,介绍了如何在基层供电企业开展培训评估工作。

Abstract:Launching training evaluation contributes to judging whether the enterprise training reaches the desired effect or not. The ratio analysis of cost with efficiency and in - depth analysis of trading procedures offer basis for improvement of training. The goals, procedures and effects of training work are analyzed and compared, the advantages and disadvantages of the whole training plan and each step as well as the measures which can improve are evaluated, so as to find the fundamental reasons for the problems and defects. The procedures of training constantly are improved and consummated, the staff's initiative for participating in trainings is enhanced, in order to integrate the enterprises' goal with the staff' s career goals, and finally reach double win between enterprises and staff. This paper focuses on Kirk Patrick Four -category Training Evaluation Model and introduces how to launch training evaluation work in basic - level power supply enterprise.
