浅析大型装备制造企业的现场管理

大型装备制造企业的现场管理是振兴装备制造业的重要课题。现场管理是一项复杂而具体的系统工程，涉及六大要素和七个方面的管理目标。目前我国装备制造业现场管理存在较多问题，包括受到传统生产管理方式的束缚和大型产品生产本身具有的特点形成的现场管理难度，都影响着产品质量、企业效益和市场竞争力。文章根据目前我国大型装备制造企业现场管理现状，并结合杭氧的实际情况，揭示和探讨了产生问题的主要原因，并提出解决问题的一些措施。

Approach to site management of large-sized equipment manufacturer

The site management is an important topic for large-sized equipment manufacturer to invigorate equipment manufacture industry and it is complex and concrete system engineering and involved with six factors and seven management targets. Currently, there many problems in the site management of Chinese equipment manufacture industry, including the difficulty of site management restricted by traditional production management mode and formed by the production features of large-sized products, which affects product quality, enterprise＇ s benefits and market competitive power. Here, from the current state of site management of Chinese large-sized equipment manufacturers and in combination with actual conditions of Hangyang, the main causes for the problems are revealed and approached and some measures to solve the said problems are proposed.
