北京水务信息资源目录研究与实践

摘    要:水务信息资源是水务行业建设发展的重要资源之一。通过北京水务信息资源编目工作,形成详细的北京水务业务目录树,提出北京水务信息资源目录框架体系共分3层结构,即业务层、信息资源层和核心元数据层,详细分析了核心元数据标准的18项指标,并介绍了目录管理信息系统的功能、界面。北京市水务信息资源目录,对于北京水务系统各单位来说,有3个方面的应用,具体应用时,要结合业务事项实际,对元数据内容进行扩展。

Abstract:Water affairs information resources is one of significant resources for construction development of water affairs industry. Detailed directory tree for Beijing municipal water affairs is created by cataloguing work for Beijing water affairs information resources. This article indicates that framework system of Beijing municipal water affairs information resources directory service system is a three-layered structure composed of business layer, information resources layer and core metadata layer. The author makes a minute analysis for 18 index of core metadata standard, and an introduction on functions, interface of information system using directory management. Beijing municipal water affairs information resources directory service system can be used in three aspects, and metadata content extension should be carried out by considering business practice in specific application.
