基于统一的广东水利信息化资源整合共享研究

分析了广东省水利信息化资源整合与共享存在的建设、管理和资源分散等主要问题，总结了广东省水利信息化基于“统一规划，统一标准，统一开发，统一使用”的“四统一”原则，分析了在推进基础设施、信息资源、业务应用等方面整合共享的做法，并提出下一步的工作重点，以加大整合共享的力度，扩大整合共享的成果。

Study on Guangdong Provincal Water Tnformatization Resources Integration and Information Sharing Based on Unified Principle

The thesis firstly analyses main problems of decentralized construction and management, resources scattered distribution for Guangdong provincial water informatization resources integration and information sharing. According to principle of unification of planning, standards, development process and application, analysis about methods of resources integration and information sharing in promoting infrastructure, information resources and business application are made. The focus of the coming stage is put forward at last to intensify resources integration and information sharing power, and to expand its achievements.
