| 摘 要： | 因为空分设备的主要产品之一——氧是一种助燃剂，它与可燃性气体以一定比例混合，能形成爆炸性混合物，因此空分设备的安全运行，一直以来都是空分设备生产厂家和用户关注的热点。文章从人员、设备、主冷防爆、氧气管道防爆、氧气和氮气的接触安全、安全管理体系等几个方面，对煤化工空分设备安全生产管理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Oxygen, one of main products of air separation plant, is a combustion adjuvant and it will form an explosive mixture when mixed with inflammable gas at a given ration, and thus manufacturers and users of air separation plant focused on its safe operation. Here the management of safe production of coal chemical air separation plant is approached from aspects of personnel, equipment, anti-explosion of the main condenser and the gaseous oxygen pipeline, safety of contacting between gaseous oxygen and gaseous nitrogen and safe management system. |
