摘    要:KDON-21000/22000型空分设备因为实际运行参数偏离设计值,运行的经济性较差。通过优化调整各工艺点参数,降低了上塔工作压力,增加了液氩产量,实现降本增效的目标。文章简介空分设备的流程和主要设计指标,分析实际运行情况和存在的问题及其原因,详细阐述对空分设备采取的优化操作和取得的效果。

Abstract:Due to the deviation from the designed parameters, of the actual run parameters of model KDON-21000/22000 air separation plant the economy of the trial run is rather poor. Optimal adjustment of parameters of each process point decreases the upper tower pressure, increases the liquefied argon output and realizes the target of lowering cost and increasing efficiency. The flow process and main design indicators of air separation plant are briefed, the particulars and problems of actual run and their causes are analyzed, and the optimized operation for the air separation plant and the effects are described in details.
