| 摘 要： | 为实现空分设备空压机故障检修期间保证产品氧气、氮气连续外供,提高空分设备应急保安能力,提出由另一套空分设备的空压机、仪表空压机和氮压机三机联合供应加工空气的操作技术方案,实际应用验证了该操作技术的可行性,经济效益可观。介绍三机联合供气的工艺流程、具体操作过程和实际应用经验,分析三机联合供气操作技术的技术难点、易出现的故障和处理措施。

| Abstract: | In order to ensure continuously outwards supply of oxygen and nitrogen during troubleshooting period of air compressor and intensify emergency safeguard capacity of the air separation plant, a technical scheme of jointly supplying process air with the air compressor, instrument air compressor and nitrogen compressor of another set of air separation plant is proposed. The actual application of the operation technology verifies its feasibility and obvious economical benefits. Here, the flow process, operation process and actual application experiences of the three-compressor combined air supply are briefed, and its difficult technical points, common troubles and corrective measures are described. |
