| Abstract: | During commissioning of 10000 m^3/h air separation plant, the air compressor shuts down twice due to frequent burn-out of heating tube of electric beater of molecular sieve purification system, which impairs the normal commissioning of the air separation plant. Here, the structure and control mode of the electric heater are briefed, the trouble and the course for finding out its causes are detailed, and finally the corrective measures, their effects, and the proposal to avoid reoccurrence of the similar troubles are described. |
