摘    要:在10000m^3/h空分设备调试过程中,因分子筛纯化系统电加热器的加热管频繁烧损引起空压机停机2次,影响了空分设备调试工作的正常进行。文章简介了电加热器的结构和控制方式,详细介绍了故障现象和原因查找过程,最后阐述处理措施和效果以及为防止类似故障再次发生的一些建议。

Abstract:During commissioning of 10000 m^3/h air separation plant, the air compressor shuts down twice due to frequent burn-out of heating tube of electric beater of molecular sieve purification system, which impairs the normal commissioning of the air separation plant. Here, the structure and control mode of the electric heater are briefed, the trouble and the course for finding out its causes are detailed, and finally the corrective measures, their effects, and the proposal to avoid reoccurrence of the similar troubles are described.
