钢管塔新型十字插板节点板的有限元分析

摘    要:阐述了钢管塔中新型十字插板节点的力学原理,应用有限元软件ANSYS对某工程的新型十字插板节点进行了非线性数值分析,结果表明,新型十字节点板按传统的节点板设计是偏于不安全,建议在原来的设计方案上适当增加节点板的厚度,修改后的设计方案是安全合理的。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle of new type cross - gusset plate of steel tubular tower is expounded and the finite element analysis for new type cross - gusset plate is also explored with an engineering exampie. The results show that it' s not safe for the new type cross - gusset plate designed by traditional methods. In view of this, the thickness of new type cross - gusset plate should be increased properly on the traditional design, and final design is safe and rational.
