摘    要:介绍了一种基于PLC控制的变频恒压供水系统,阐述了S7-200PLC在该系统中的应用、系统控制过程的工作原理,以及系统的硬件设计和软件设计过程。系统能够根据管网压力自动调节供水量,实现了恒压供水的目的。

Abstract:It introduces a kind of water-supply system with frequency conversion constant pressure. This system is controlled by PLC and frequency converter. It analyzes the application of S7-200 and the principle of process control in the system, gives the detail about the hardware collection and software planning. The system can adjust water flow automatically according to the pressure of pipes, and guarante the constant pressure of the pipes.
