摘    要:介绍了药型罩的一种新的加工工艺-冷挤压加工与其它加工工艺相比,具有表面洁度高、几何精度高、晶粒度细、再结晶温度低的特点。静破甲威力实验和脉冲X光照像表明,冷挤压药型罩的聚能射流比车制罩有更深的破甲能力,更长的断裂时间,更高的动态延伸率。

COLD PRESSED SHAPED CHARGE LINERS AND THEIR JETS PERFORMANCE
Abstract:In this paper, a special process of cold forming for the fabrication of shaped charge liners has been investigated. The cold pressed process permits the achievement of higher level of ductility for copper jets. As compared with other forming process, cold pressed liners were characterized by higher precision, finer grain size and lower recrystallization temperature. It was shown from the fire tests and the flash X ray radiography that the jets of cold pressed copper liners have higher penetrability, longer cumulative jet length and later break up time than machining liners.
