| 摘 要： | 在油田结垢的三大部位中，油藏地层结垢对油田生产的危害程度和防治难度都远远大于井筒和地面集输系统结垢，本文以长庆油田为重点，综述了近年来国内外采用向结垢地层挤入化学剂方法防治油藏地层结垢的具体做法和效果。可以认为，螯合型除垢剂和挤注型防垢剂作为安全、快速、有效和应用范围广泛的化学剂，对防治油藏地层结垢的效果十分明显，建议在条件相似的油藏进一步扩大推广此项技术。
