端基滴定法测定聚磷酸铵聚合度

摘    要:对端基滴定法测定聚磷酸铵聚合度的影响因素进行了分析研究,发现除聚磷酸铵水解断链外,残余铵离子和聚磷酸铵中的磷酸盐杂质也是影响滴定结果的重要因素。通过控制实验条件、加入四苯硼钠除铵、测定磷酸盐杂质的量等措施,可以消除残余铵离子、磷酸盐杂质的影响,水解断链倾向也得到了一定程度的抑制。在采取上述措施后,得到了较可信的聚磷酸铵聚合度测定结果。

Abstract:The factors of influencing in measurement of polymerization degree of ammonium polyphosphate(APP) by end-group titration were investigated.Besides hydrolyzation of APP,residue of ammonium ions and phosphates in APP were considered as main factors of affecting the titration results.By means of controlling experimental conditions,removing ammonium ions by adding sodium tetraphenylborate,determining the amount of phosphates,the effects of the ammonium ions and phosphates can be eliminated.The tendency to hydrolyzation of APP can be inhibited in the improved titration methods to a certainextent.Precise polymerization degree of APP can be achieved by the improved end-group titration methods.
