高速线材飞剪前后导钢装置的改进

摘    要:针对高速线材生产线1#~3#飞剪前后导钢装置因结构不合理导致的堆钢问题,采取增加活动挡板和滑动止挡板、更换备件、改进过渡导槽孔型等措施,有效地防止了堆钢事故的发生,提高了轧机生产效率。

Abstract:In view of the unreasonable structure of guide unit before and after flying shears to bring stackup of pieces, some improvement measures were put forward. Therefore the accident was reduced and the production efficiency of mill was increased.
