摘    要:本研究初步探索了高分子型表面活性剂的用量、添加过程和添加方式对氧化锆陶瓷粉末性能的影响。实验结果表明:在陶瓷粉末制备过程中,适当地利用高分子型表面活性剂代替醇脱水工艺,同样可以制取高活性、超细 ZrO_2、ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)粉末。适量的高分子型表面活性剂可以改善粉末制备过程中组分粒子的分散状态,对控制粉末的团聚状态,提高组分的均匀性有着积极的意义。而且在某种程度上,提高了粉末性能,缩短了制粉工艺周期,降低了成本。本文还就粉末性能的综合评价提出了一些看法。

Abstract:Several simple,practical preparation processes of powders in which a macromo-lecular surfactant was used to avoid the agglomeration phenomenon were explored toprepare low cost and high quality ZrO_2 (Y_2O_3)powders.The effects of the quan-tities added and the addition sequence of the surfactant on the characteristics ofZrO_2 (Y_2O_3) powders were discussed.According to the experimental results,the di-spersion states of the coprecipitated particles were improved by homogeneously addingthe surfactant with appropriate quantity.The characteristics of the powder withsurfactant added at the beginning of coprecipitation were more improved as comparedwith those of the powder with surfacant added after the coprecipitation.By meansof this process,the period for the powder preparation was shortened and the cost ofthe powders was decreased.
