面向21世纪城市居住小区规划设计原则

随着我国改革开放的不断深入，社会正经历着广泛和深远的变化，在人口，家庭，住房，环境，生活方式，服务与管理等都明显表现出其社会时代特征，这对居住小区规划设计有着根本性的影响作用。本文结合《２０００年小康型城乡住宅科技产业工程》项目研究，提出了对１２世纪城市住宅小区的时代特征和规划设计原则。

The Principles of Planning Design Geared to the Needs of the 21st Century Urban Residential Districts

With the constant development of the economic reform and open policy, the society is undergoing widespread and profound changes. Which reveal the social features of our times in population. Family housing, environment, life style, service and management, this creates fundamental influences on the planning design for residential districts.In the article, an elementary cognition is presented on the features of the times and principles of planning design for the needs of the 21st century urban residential districts, based on the study of the Industrial project of Science and Technology to Construct Well-off Urban and Rural Residence of 2000.
