摘    要:通过对圆弧焊缝埋弧焊接要求的分析,提出了一种基于平行四边形机构原理的同步联动变位焊接机。在船形焊接的约束下,对该新型变位焊接机构进行了运动学和动力学分析,论证了该变位焊接机对于圆弧焊缝进行船形焊接的可行性和优越性。

Abstract:According to the analysis of submerged arc welding for arc welding line, a positioner-arc welding system which works in phase has been designed based on parallelogram principle. Under the restriction of fillet welding in the flat position ,the kinematics and mechanical analysis has been carried out for the new welding positioner , and also give a demonstration of the feasibility and advantage of this new welding positioner while wilding the arc seam welding.
