Zn-MoS2自润滑复合镀层的研究

摘    要:在钾盐镀锌溶液中,采用复合电沉积的方法能获得Zn0-MoS2自润滑复合镀层,MoS2的体积分数在10%~30%之间.研究了电流密度、溶液pH值及镀液中MoS2微粒的浓度对复合镀层中MoS2含量的影响,同时测试了复合镀层的一些性能.

Abstract:Self-lubricating composite coating of Zn-MoS_2 codeposition can be obtained in Zn plating bath. The contents of MoS_2 particles are between 10%(vol) and 30% (vol). The influence of current density, pH value and concentration of MoS_2 particles in Zn plating bath on contents of MoS_2 is studied. The characteristics of the composite coating are also measured in this paper.
