工学结合毕业设计教学模式的改革与实践

在对张家港地区机电行业和企业用人需求调研和分析的基础上，围绕以就业为导向，能力培养为主线，对高职机电一体化专业毕业设计环节提出了“工学结合，改革毕业设计模式，提高就业质量”的改革新思路。实践证明，通过工学结合，联合指导毕业设计，并最后接受企业挑选，不仅为企业节约了人力资源培养方面的开支，又能有效提高就业率、提升就业质量。
