基于DZ-H扩散硅液位变送器的水位测量系统设计

摘    要:目前国内主要通过浮子式水位计、压力式水位计、超声波水位计等技术进行水位的监测控制,存在着读数波动大、实时性差、投入成本高等缺点。基于DZ-H扩散硅液位变送器进行了外围硬件电路与软件设计,并进行了水位测量实验。实验结果表明:设计的DZ-H扩散硅液位变送器测量电路工作可靠,由于温度引起的最大温漂为0.07 mA/℃,测量液位时的误差不超过0.04 m,精度较高。该设计可实时监测水位的变化,动态显示数据,且不受水底淤积等因素对测量数据的影响。

Abstract:At present, water level monitoring and control are carried out mainly through float type, pressure type and ultrasonic wave water level gauge, which has drawbacks such as large fluctuations of reading and poor real-time and high investment costs. Peripheral hardware circuit and software design based on DZ-H diffusion silicon liquid level transmitter, and water level measurement experiment are carried out. Experimental results show that the designed measurement circuit of DZ-H diffusion silicon liquid level transmitter is reliable, because the biggest temperature drift caused by temperature change is 0.07 mA/℃, liquid level measurement error is not more than 0.04 m, the precision is higher. The design can real-time monitor change of water level and dynamically show datas and overcome effects of underwater alluvial on measurement datas.
