| 摘 要： | 针对目前片式多层陶瓷电容器生产工艺的主要特点,提出了一种适用于Roll to Roll制造工艺的全自动薄膜丝印机,并从工作原理及系统构成、丝印原理、薄膜载体的输送运动、干燥原理、电气控制系统等方面进行了研究与开发,达到了实际生产的要求。

| Abstract: | Therefore, how to design and manufacture of high precision fully automated film screen printing is the key to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the chip component production.Study on the main features of the MLCC production process, Proposed one for Roll to Roll manufacturing process fully automatic film screen printing machine, and from the works and system, screen printing principle, the conveying movement of the film carrier, drying principle, electrical control system research and development, and meet the actual production requirements. |
