城镇土地定级分值计算算法研究

城镇土地定级中，分值计算是一项数据处理工作量相当繁重的技术环节．笔者从实际应用出发，推导并设计出关于处理单元点与特征点及单元点与特征线有效作用距离的算法，借助于计算机实现该算法，可大大加快土地定级的速度，提高定级质量，为城镇土地定级估价及土地管理工作自动化、科学化提供新的思路．

Study on Score Calculating Arithmetic of the Land Classify in a Town

in the progress of town's land classify, the score calculating is main technical part of it. It is need to process many many caculations and datas. Two arithmetics will be studied in this papers. One is about arithmetic of processing distance betWeen the unit point and feature point. Another is about arithmetic of proccesing affect distance between unit point and feature line. In the practice by using of computer, we have acquired a better consequence. It greatly grown the rapidity of town's land classify and made the consequence even scentific.
