摘    要:空间管桁结构是目前流行的结构形式 ,其节点由多根不同方向的钢管相贯连接。工程上 ,为了使钢管相贯处焊缝均匀 ,焊接可靠 ,需要将钢管的焊口准确切割成型。由于相交钢管的直径、位置及相贯角的不同 ,其相贯线的形状也不相同。文中分别推导出了两根钢管和三根钢管以任意角度相交时相贯线的空间方程和平面展开方程 ,并利用计算机辅助功能 ,绘出任意管径的钢管在任意角度相交时的相贯线图形。从而解决管桁结构在施工中钢管的切割、放样等问题

Abstract:Space tube truss structure is a current structure type at present,its nodes are crossing connected by several steel tubes in different directions.In engineering,in order to make the weld line even and reliable,it is needed to cut the weld opening accurately.Due to the crossing connected tubes in different diameters,positions and angles,the shape of the crossing lines are different too.Space equations and plane developing equations are deduced here for two cross tubes and three cross tubes crossing in any angles,and by the use of computer aids,the drawings of cross line of the tubes in any diameters and crossing angles can be drawn out.Therefore,the problems such as cutting and lofting are solved in the construction of tube truss structure.
