| 摘 要： | 针对柔性制造系统（FMS）的异构性，在简要介绍CORBA体系结构的基础上，对利用CORBA技术构建FMS网络型异地故障诊断系统进行了研究，并介绍了具体的实现方法。基于CORBA技术构建的FMS故障诊断系统具有柔性，可移植性和可扩展性的特点。

| Abstract: | With concisely explains the architecture of CORBA,a research is maded on the system of FMS network fault diagnosis based on CORBA to overcome the isomerization of FMS. The detailed method of the system's construction is offered. The system is flexible, transplantable and expandable. |
