石煤浸出液离子交换法提钒的研究

摘    要:选择了几种离子交换树脂,对石煤酸浸含钒液在不同条件下进行离子交换实验.结果表明:采用离子交换法能够很好地除去浸出液中大部分杂质,并能使钒得到富集;不同树脂对钒的吸附均受吸附时间、溶液pH值等实验条件的影响,不同解吸剂与解吸时间也会影响树脂解吸的效果;1#树脂吸附率在4h左右可达到99%的最大吸附能力,选择合适的解吸剂可在4h内使钒的解吸率达到95%以上;解吸液经过净化,沉钒,煅烧后得到的五氧化二钒纯度在99%以上.

Abstract:Several kinds of resins are tested in the ion exchange experiment to study their abilities of absorption and desorption to the vanadium from acid leaching solution of stone coal. The results show that ion exchange is an excellent method for removing the impurities and concentrating the vanadium from the acid leaching solution of stone coal. Absorption time and pH value of the solution would affect the absorption efficiency of resin for vanadium, and the kinds of desorption agent and desorbing time would affect the desorption efficiency either. The absorptivity of 1 # resin can get 99 % of its maximum amount while the desorption can reach 95 % with suitable desorption agent in 4 h. The purity of V2O5 deposited from the desorption solution after been decontaminated and bated can get over 99 %.
