摘    要:含砷金矿是主要难处理金矿类型之一,该类金矿石常规氰化浸出率一般很低。通过在浸出过程中引入磁场进行强化,明显促进了金的浸出。试验结果表明,在相同浸出条件下,磁场强化浸出可比常规氧化浸出提高浸出率33.08个百分点;在减少氰化钠用量及缩短浸出时间的情况下,磁场强化浸出仍可使浸出率提高28.37个百分点。对磁场磁化浸出过程的机理进行了分析。

Abstract:Arsenic-bearing gold ore is one of the refractory gold ores .Its conventional cyanidation leaching rate is generally very low. The introduction of magnetic field to intensify the leaching process can evidently promote the gold leaching. The test results showed that under the similar leaching conclitions, the leaching rate of magnetic field-intensified leaching could be increased by 33.08 percentage pointes compared to the conventional oxidation leaching. Under a redued sodium cynide consumption and shortened leaching time, the leaching rate could still be raised by 28.37 percentage points by magnetic field-intensified leaching. The process and mechanism of the leaching intensified by magnetic field are analyzed.
