水布垭水利枢纽综合利用规划

摘    要:水布垭工程在清江流域开发中具有重要的地位和作用。根据该枢纽的开发任务综合考虑发电,防洪,航运,水库淹没,工程地质,工程量和投资等诸方面的因素,论述了枢纽正常蓄水位选择原则,特别是以不淹因施城区为正常蓄一的控制条件;从水库径流调节,发电,泥沙淤2积和航运,工程量和投资方面论述了死水位的选择。

Abstract:Shuibuya Hydropower Station occupies an important place and plays a significant role in the development of Qingjiang River Basin. According to the task and goal of developing the project. a number of factors such as power generation, flood control, navigation, reservoir inundation, engineering geology, works quantity and investment are comprehensively taken into consideration. The principles for selecting the normal storage water level of the project, in particular, no inundation of the urban district of Enshi City as a governing condition of the normal storage water level are expounded. Bases for selecting dead storage water level are described in aspects of run off regulation, power generation, sedimentation of reservoir, and navigation, works quantity, investment etc.Conditions for selecting the installed generating capacity of the station are presented in aspects of the capability of power generation of the station, behavior of reservoir regulation, load development of the power system, increase of peak load of the power system, compositon of power supply. The reservoir operation mode and regulation mode are proposed through studies on behavior of reservoir regulation and benefit of power generation. In addition, the operation scheme for controlling the water level of the reservoir in high water season is put forward in order to meet the demand of flood control for cities and towns in the reservoir area.
