| 摘 要： | 介绍了NBC1-300型CO2半自动焊机送丝机构的组成及各部件的作用，阐述了送丝机构常见故障、产生原因及排除方法，同时还对送丝机构的部分构件（如压紧轮旁的塑料夹板、送丝轮）进行了适当改造，以确保生产、实习教学的正常进行。取得了明显的效益。

| Abstract: | This paper illuminates the consturcture and function of feeding wire unit of NBCI-300 CO2 semi-automatic welding machine, and points out the reason of faults and troubleshooting,improve some parts ,such as plastic plate ,feeding wire wheel ,which ensure the production and the practice teaching has normally carried on. |
