摘    要:以具体工程为研究背景,结合某矿山实际工况条件,深入探讨了矿石溜井精确测量与安全评估问题。首先,基于C-ALS三维扫描激光系统的基本原理和测试方法,提出了符合现场实况的扫描与测量方案并进行测试,获得了较为丰富和完整的点云数据;然后,采用Cavity Scan软件对点云数据进行处理,将点云数据转化为三维矿业软件Surpac能够支持的水平线文件,并建立了溜井及周边工程的三维实体模型,实现了三维可视化;最后,通过对典型剖面图和水平断面图的技术处理,对溜井垮塌前后三维实体模型布尔运算,取得了溜井垮塌现状实测数据,科学有效地分析了溜井的具体垮塌位置与破坏特征。研究成果为矿山溜井的运行维护、使用管理和安全治理提供了基础数据和科学依据。

Abstract:Taking the specific project as the research background, this paper discusses the problem of accurate measurement and safety assessment about orepass in combination with the actual working conditions of a mine. Firstly, based on the basic principle and classical test method of C-ALS-three-dimensional scanning laser system, this paper proposes a field scanning and measurement scheme that meets the field situation to test it, and then obtains rich and complete point cloud data. Secondly, the CavityScan software is used to process the point cloud data, transform the point cloud data into a horizontal line file supported by the 3D mining software - Surpac, and establish a 3D solid model of the orepass and its auxiliary related projects to realize 3D visualization. Finally, using the technical to process the typical profile and horizontal sectional drawing, performing Boolean theoretical calculations on 3D solid models when the collapse of the well happened or happened behind.the measured data of the collapse of the well is obtained.The specific collapse position and failure characteristics of the well are analyzed scientifically and effectively. The research in this paper provides basic data and scientific basis for the operation and maintenance, application management and safety management on mine pass.
