摘    要:为建立检测浆果中多种农残的方法,运用QuEChERS前处理技术,结合高效液相色谱与串联质谱联用(HPLC-MS/MS)技术同时测定浆果中10种农药残留。结果显示,最优分散剂组合为10 g样品中加入PSA 50 mg,GCB 2.5 mg和C18 50 mg进行基质的净化,此条件下平均回收率达到75.38%。10种农药对照品在1~100 μg/L范围内,呈现良好的线性关系,测定蓝莓中10种农药残留的加标回收率为95.31%~111.26%,相对标准偏差为0.90%~4.16%,测定葡萄中10种农药残留的加标回收率为90.37%~116.20%,相对标准偏差为0.80%~5.09%。该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于常见浆果中农药残留的分析。

Abstract:In order to establish a method for detecting multiple pesticide residues in berries, 10 kinds of pesticide residues in berries were simultaneously determined by QuEChERS pretreatment technology combined with HPLC-MS/MS. The results indicated that the optimal dispersing agent was primary secondary amine (PSA) 50 mg, graphitized carbon black (GCB) 2.5 mg and C18 50 mg in 10 g sample, and the average recovery rate was 75.38%. 10 kinds of pesticide reference materials showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1-100 μg/L. The adding standard recoveries of 10 kinds of pesticide residues in blueberry were 95.31%-111.26%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.90%-4.16%. The adding standard recoveries of 10 kinds of pesticide residues in grapes were 90.37%-116.20%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.80%-5.09%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and was suitable for the analysis of pesticide residues in common berries.
