摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶技术分别制备了 WO3 和 MoO3溶胶,PdCl2作为催化剂被掺入 WO3-MoO3复合溶胶中,然后采用提拉浸渍镀膜法成功制备了 WO3-MoO3复合薄膜。采用原子力显微镜和 X 射线衍射仪分别研究了薄膜的表面形貌和薄膜的晶态结构。采用紫外可见分光光度计原位测试了 WO3-MoO3复合薄膜的气致变色性能。研究表明,该法制备的非晶体的 WO3-MoO3复合薄膜也具有很好的气致变色性能。

Abstract:WO3 and MoO3 sols were prepared by a sol-gel method with tungsten powder, molybdenum powder and 30%H2O2 solution. PdCl2 powders were then incorporated in the WO3-MoO3 sol as catalyst. Then WO3-MoO3 composite films were prepared by a dip coating method. Surface morphology and microstructure of the films were analyzed with AFM and XRD. The gasochromic properties of the films were investigated by UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results show good gasochromic properties of the amorphous WO3-MoO3 composite films.
