特高压1 100 kV GIS用母线的研制

摘    要:目前发展特高压输电已经列入我国中长期发展规划,开发具有自主知识产权的特高压气体绝缘金属封闭开关(gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear,GIS)设备是保证特高压输电顺利实施的关键。母线是GIS设备的主要导电回路,设计具有高参数、高性能的母线结构是保证特高压1 100 kV GIS设备可靠运行的基础。介绍特高压1 100 kV GIS母线的技术参数和结构特点,对其绝缘性能、壳体机械性能及内部故障电弧进行详细分析及计算,型式试验的顺利通过和特高压浙北工程的顺利投运充分验证了该母线性能和结构的安全可靠性。

Abstract:The development of UHV power transmission has been planning in China in long-term layout. The development of UHV gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) with independent intellectual property rights is the key to ensure the smooth progress of UHV power transmission. Busbar is the main electric loop of GIS, so the design of busbar with high parameters and high performance is the foundation of the reliable operation of UHV 1 100 kV GIS. This paper introduced the parameters and structural characters of UHV 1 100 kV GIS busbar, analyzed and calculated its insulation performance, enclosure intensity and internal fault arc in detail. The successful type tests and the successful operation of Zhe-Bei UHV project both fully verify the safety and reliability of the bus’s performance and structure.
