摘    要:大容量发电机是电网的心脏,为确保大型发电机安全、可靠地运行,对发电机定子线棒进行在线监测至关重要,为此,研发了一种新型的发电机定子线棒在线实时监测系统。通过新型的光纤加速度传感器检测发电机的汽端和励端的振动信号,进行了发电机定子线棒的振动特性的时域和频域分析;采用了虚拟仪器技术,实现了系统人机界面化,结合后台数据库,达到多功能、多状态的实时监测及报警、动态分析及历史查询、记录趋势并报表输出,达到诊断参数与数据共享,实现了远程监测与诊断技术。

Abstract:High-capacity generator is the heart of electric network.It is important to monitor stator bar of generator in-line in order to insure safety and reliable running of large-scale generators.Therefore,the paper mainly develops a new-model real time on-line monitor system of stator bar of generator based on a new-style fibre-optic acceleration transducer,detecting on vapour end and exciting end of generator.Through the analysis of time-domain and frequency-domain,the vibration characteristic of stator bar of generator is studied.Virtual instrument technology is used to realize man-machine interface,and recombine the background data-base to reach the real-time multifunction and multi-mode monitor,alarm,dynamic analysis,and historical query,recording the trend and the export of report.The share of diagnostic parameter and data is obtained,remote monitoring and diagnostic technology is realized.
