电机智能启动器的设计和实现

摘    要:根据对称分量法,采用了通过检测电动机的负序电流分量,判断不对称故障,通过检测正序电流分量,判断对称故障的方法,设计了电动机的电流检测电路和启动闭合电路。基于C8051F005单片机,实现了一种新型的电动机综合保护启动装置。与传统的保护装置相比,本装置不仅将故障诊断技术应用于保护装置中,还实现了电动机的智能再启动功能,并最终实现了集测量、诊断、保护、控制、启动和通信功能于一体的电动机终端监控保护系统。

Abstract:The technology of C8051F005 MCU and symmetrical theory are applied to design and realize the circuit of measuring current and controlling the electromotor.A new kind of microprocessor protective device for electromotor is fulfilled with the function of detecting symmetrical and unsymmetrical malfunction by judging the negative phase-sequence current and the positive phase-sequence current.Compared with the traditional protective device,the fault diagnosis and startup technology are applied in the motor terminal monitoring system with the function of measurement,diagnosis,protection,control,startup and communication.
