陶瓷颗粒增强泡沫铝材料的研究

摘    要:选用粉煤灰作为增强相,经X射线衍射分析,粉煤灰中主要成分为石英和莫来石,是一种坚硬的陶瓷颗粒。这种陶瓷颗粒起到了增粘作用,并且还有利于提高气泡的稳定性。将粉煤灰加入到熔融铝液中,经适当搅拌后,再加入发泡剂,经冷却,即可得到颗粒增强泡沫铝。利用粉煤灰颗粒增黏的泡沫铝与利用钙增黏的泡沫铝进行压缩强度性能检测。结果表明:粉煤灰不但有增黏作用,还由于石英与铝液发生原位反应生成的氧化物,以及粉煤灰中原有的莫来石起到颗粒增强作用。

Abstract:In this work, fly ash was selected as reinforcement in melt-foaming process. The most component are quartz and mullite which was observed by XRD in the fly ash, therefore it's a kind of hardness ceramic particles. Fly ash particles act as viscosity increaser and increase stabilization of cell wall in the aluminum foam. Put fly ash into melting aluminum, suitable stir and add in frothing agent, after foaming and cooling, then obtain particles reinforced aluminum foam. Through compression strength test, compare aluminum foam which fly ash particles as viscosity increaser with Ca as viscosity increaser. Experimental results indicate: fly ash has not only viscosity increase function, but also particles reinforced function, because of oxide and mullite in the fly ash, in which the oxide particle quartz and melting aluminum have happened in-situ reaction.
