梯度材料三维稳态温度场的改进分层计算方法

摘    要:针对每层热传导系数为常数的分层计算模型,采用功能梯度材料(FGM)每层热传导系数为指数变化规律,对原计算模型进行改造,消除了每层热传导系数跳跃性,得到稳态温度场的温度分布计算公式。计算结果表明,精度相同时,热传导系数为指数变化规律分层计算模型收敛速度是热传导系数为常数的分层计算模型的3倍多,精度越高,收敛速度越快。

Abstract:Aiming at the constant coefficient of the heat conduction of each layer,the computing model is improved that the coefficient of heat conduction of each Functionally Gradient Material(FGM) layer is an exponential function and the jump discontinuity of coefficient of heat conduction is removed.As a result,the temperature field formula is developed for the coefficient of heat conduction of each Functionally Gradient Material layer.The results obtained from the comparison between the two models by computing indicate that the rapidity of convergence of the model for the coefficient of the heat conduction of each layer with an exponential function is triple of that of the coefficient of heat conduction of each layer with constant function when the precision is the same and the rapidity of convergence of model is more and more rapid when the precision is higher.
