一种梭式流量计

摘    要:本文提出了一种梭式流量计,用于测量井下或其它地下管道中的工质流量。流量计的外形象一把梭子,与被测管道内壁之间所形成的狭小通道构成了一种节流装置。通过在管内穿梭移动完成不同位置上的流量检测和记录,最后移出管外回放结果。在室内用单相水对这种流量计进行了实验研究。实验管道内径D=30mm,流量计外径d=22.5mm,雷诺数Re=8×103~1×105。实验表明,这种梭式流量计的差压信号灵敏稳定,流量系数值介于标准孔板和文丘利管之间。

Abstract:This paper describes a shuttle type flow meter which can be used to measure the flowrate in a well or a underground pipe.The shape of the flow meter looks like a SHUTTLE which is of the advantage for the flow meter to move in a pipe.As fluid passes through the flow meter,the pressure at the annulus space between the flow meter and the pipe wall will be less than the pressure at the front of the meter,this pressure difference is measured and stored in the flow meter with a micro pressure difference transducer and microprocessor. An experiment result about the SHUTTLE in measuring water flowrate in laboratory is also presented in the paper.The inner diameter of the pipe tested was 30mm and the outside diameter of the SHUTTLE was 22.5mm,the Reynolds number ranged from 8000 to 100000.The experiments show that the pressure difference signal of the SHUTTLE is sensitive and stable,and the flow rate coefficient is larger than that of the orifice but less than the venturi.
