摘    要:通过国内外堤防设计技术规范和导则的比较研究,提出在我国堤防工程设计规范中进一步明确护坡设计中对反滤和垫层的技术要求,并给出相关设计准则。同时,提出要进行波浪作用下护坡结构整体抗滑稳定分析,借鉴荷兰和英国相关导则,给出了计算公式。

Abstract:Based on comparative studies of Chinese dike design code with that of foreign countries, it is suggested that both filter and cushion layers should be treated as important components in dike construction and their design criteria be included in China dike design code which is under revision. In addition, it is put forward that the macro stability analysis of revetments against slippage under wave attack be carried out. The analysis methods are presented based on Netherlands and British experiences.
