润滑介质对铸轧工艺及铝带坯性能的影响

摘    要:为了提高板材质量,防止铸轧过程中铝液与轧辊表面粘结,通常在轧辊表面喷涂润滑物质来避免上述现象发生。但润滑介质的加入,一方面降低传热能力,导致凝固速度降低;另一方面,在熔体的对流作用下,润滑介质被卷入铝熔体中,污染铝液,对凝固方式和板材性能产生影响。对石墨润滑介质对铝液凝固及板材性能的影响进行了分析。

Abstract:In order to prevent aluminium sticking to surface of roller during casting and improve quality of cast strip,it is adopted spraying lubricant on surface of roller.However,the lubricant,on one hand,cuts down heat transfer and leads to reduce solidifying rate;on the other hand,it is involved in aluminium liquid under action of convection,pollutes aluminium liquid and affects freezing mode and property of casting strip.It was analyzed how graphite lubricant affects freezing mode and property of casting strip.
