压入式沉桩的设计与施工──一个综合楼工程压入式沉桩总结

摘    要:压入式沉桩是以较小的静压力,使桩克服土体的阻力,把预制钢筋混凝土桩沉入预定的标高,从而获得较大的承载力的桩基工程。近年来,上海地区的压入式沉桩有较大的发展。压入式沉桩由于没有锤击式的锤击应力,因此桩的配筋及混凝土强度等级相对于打入式沉桩要求要低。本文通过工程实例,主要对压入式沉桩的承载力及桩基沉降等做了一些测试工作,对压入式沉桩的压桩阻力、特别是对压入式沉桩的最大深度及压载以及桩持力层等问题提出了新的建议和看法。

Abstract:The jacked pile,as one of the types of pile foundation engineering,overcomes the resistance of soil and sinks to the preset level by less static pressure while affording a larger bearing capacity.In recent years,jacked piles have got great progress in Shanghai.Since the jacked piles will not produce stresses as those caused by monkey pile,so the requirements of reinforcement and concrete strength of the jacked piles will be much lower than those of the driven pile.In this paper,tests about bearing capacity and settlement of the jacked pile have investigated through engineering projects. By which the writers presents some new suggestions and viewpoints about the resistance force of the jacked pile during sinking,especially the maximum sinking depth,the maximum loading on pile and its bearing soil layer
