摘    要:根据生产现场线缆通道防护情况,通过对防护材料的探索,利用高性能背衬材料对线缆通道的防护,达到了对生产设备的有效保护,节省了设备管理、维修成本及检修工作量,并有效保持了现场5S的清洁。

Abstract:Based on site real situation,this paper studied various protection materials for cable channels system,and finally picked up high performance lining material for cable tunnel protection.With this material,the site production equipment is well protected and lots of works are reduced for equipment management,inspection and maintenance,as well as 5S cleanness target is achieved.
