越南铜鼓及相关器物金相分析

摘    要:铜鼓在中国和东南业地区有着悠久的历史,越南发现的大量古代铜鼓,为研究铜鼓的制作技术提供了宝贵的资料,对越南铜鼓及相关器物样品共97件进行了金相组织检测,部分样品进行了扫描电子显微镜观察。结果显示,铜鼓及其它相关器物全部铸造成形,依铸造冷却速度不同及合金元素含量不同,组织有别.其中有7件样品显示热、冷加工组织,应是铸件在使用过程形成的.越南铜鼓金相组织与中国铜鼓相似,从技术角度提供了中、越古代铜鼓文化交流传播的重要信息。

Abstract:Bronze drums have a long history in China and South-East Asia. A large number of ancient bronze drums found in Vietnam provided valuable information for the production technique of bronze drums. 97 sampies of ancient bronze drums and other artifacts from Vietnam are examined by optical microscopy and some of them under Scanning Electron Microscopy observation. The result shows that all of them were cast. The microstructures have some changes in different kinds of samples in accordance with different cooling rate and contents of Cu, Tin and Pb. 7 samples of them have microstructures of hot forging and cold hammering after cast, indicating that they are ancient artifacts ancient. The microstructure of Vietnam bronze drums are the same with Chinese ones, which provides an important information on exchanges and dissemination of bronze casting technology as well as bronze culture between Vietnam and China in ancient times.
