螺杆钻具性能测试系统研究及应用

针对煤矿井下用螺杆钻具性能测试试验需求,在研究小直径螺杆钻具性能测试试验台的基础上,开发设计了螺杆钻具数据测试系统,分析了测试系统的硬件配置,详细介绍了测试软件设计的数据采集模块、参数配置模块及数据处理模块以及各模块的功能.试验表明,测试系统能高效、精确地获取螺杆钻具的试验测试数据,通过试验曲线可以客观、准确地认识螺杆钻具的性能特征,一定程度上提升了测试设备的自动化水平.

Study and application of Performance testing systems screw drill

Abstract : In order to improve the automatic screw and intelligence level of drill testing, screw drill performance testing requirements for coal mine , on the basis of the testing platform for small-diameter screw drill performance , development and design of screw drill data testing system, analysis of the testing system’s hardware configuration; detailed test software design, module of data acquisition, module of the parameter configuration and module of the data processing; and function of each module. The test system can be efficient and accurate access to the screw drill the pilot test data, test curve can be objective, accurate understanding of the performance characteristics of the screw drill. The data test systems supporting test mechanical platform to improve efficiency, to some extent, improve the level of automation of the test equipment.
