厚煤层综放工作面顺槽底臌机理及控制技术研究

摘    要: 以彬长矿区某矿110工作面运顺底臌治理工程为技术背景,研究了顺槽底臌的发生机理,并针对引起底臌的主要原因进行巷道支护设计研究,提出了“树根桩式锁脚钢管+泄压槽”底臌综合治理方案,采用FLAC数值模拟软件对方案进行验证,进行了现场工业性试验。现场监测结果和治理效果表明,该方案不仅提高了巷道支护结构强度,也改善了巷道应力环境,底臌治理效果良好,保证了煤矿的安全生产。可为类似工程条件的底臌治理提供借鉴。

Research on Mechanism and Control Technology of Crossheading Floor Heave in Fully-Mechanized Caving Face with the Thick Coal Seam
Abstract:Object to Binchang mining the mine 110 working face transport crossheading treatmented project for the technical background, researched the mechanism of crossheading floor heave, and to cause floor heave were the main causes of roadway support design research, proposed "the root pile type lock foot steel pipe + pressure-relieving groove " floor heave were comprehensive treatment plan, the numerical simulation software FLAC to verify scheme, the field industrial test. Field monitoring results and governance effect show that the scheme can not only enhance the roadway supporting structure strength, but also improved the roadway stress environment , the effect of floor heave governance were good, and to ensure the coal mine safety production. for the similar engineering conditions of the floor heave were provide reference for management.
