摘    要:建立了滚筒式冷渣器一维传热模型,对其传热特性进行了模拟和分析,并利用中试试验以及O型冷渣器现场运行数据对模型进行了验证.结果表明:模拟结果与试验数据具有很好的一致性;随粒径增加对流传热减弱,随转速增加和填充度的加大综合传热系数增大,肋板能有效提高冷渣器的传热效率;虽然综合传热系数随转速增加而增大,但因滚筒出力同时也加大,因而出口渣温随转速加大而升高;入口端灰渣降温较快,传热以辐射为主,随着渣温的降低,在出口端对流传热逐渐占据主导地位.

Abstract:A one-dimensional heat transfer model was set up for rotary slag cooler,with which heat transfer characteristics in the cooler were simulated and analyzed.The model was verified by both pilot test results and field operational data of an O-type slag cooler.Results show that the simulation data agree well with that of the experiment.The convective heat transfer coefficient reduces with rising particle size;the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient increases with rising rotation speed and slag flow rate;the...
