摘    要:研究质量不平衡故障的机理和诊断方法,给出具体的案例分析.针对某电厂600MW超临界机组瓦轴振动问题,完成测试和分析,认为不平衡量的增大引起瓦轴振动,并分析质量不平衡的原因;提出对瓦轴进行动平衡和抽高中压转子返厂处理的解决办法.该案例为同类机组相似故障的分析诊断处理提供了参考.

Abstract:The mechanism and diagnosis method of mass unbalanced fault are investigated and special cases are analyzed in this paper.A bearing vibration fault of 600 MW supercritical unit is monitored and analyzed.The fault reason is the increasing of mass unbalance.According to the fault diagnosis results,dynamic balancing is carried out,and high-medium pressure rotor is returned to the manufactory.The case will be as a reference for the similar vibration faults process of the same type super-critical units.
