舰船主柴油机缸内过程监测与诊断技术研究

摘    要:简述了利用示功图分析法、振动分析法和瞬时转速分析法对柴油机缸内过程进行监测与诊断的原理和特点,探讨了各种方法在舰船主柴油机上的应用前景.阐明了电子示功器测录示功图的原理,并在6PC2-5L型主柴油机上进行了示功图的实船测录与分析.实际应用证明了示功图监测的效果,能较好地掌握主机的运行状况.

Abstract:The principles and characteristics for condition monitoring and diagnosis of diesel engine in-cylinder processes are introduced based on indicator diagram,vibration and instantaneous angular speed.Application prospect of each method for warship main diesel engines is discussed.The principles for measuring indicator diagram by electronic indicator are described.An electronic indicator was used to measure and analyze the indicator diagram from a main diesel engine model 6PC2-5L,which achieved good effectivene...
