410t/h循环流化床锅炉混烧石油焦油页岩热力性能试验分析

摘    要:在一台采用紧凑型水冷旋风分离器的410 t/h循环流化床锅炉上进行以石油焦、油页岩混合物为燃料的锅炉热力性能试验,对温度、汽水流量、烟气污染物排放及灰渣含碳量等多个参数进行了分析.结果表明:锅炉以石油焦和油页岩的混合物为燃料,添加石灰石脱硫,在锅炉实际运行负荷下热效率为90.89%;炉内密相区温度分布均匀;床温、分离器入口温度、排烟温度和回料腿温度稳定;主蒸汽流量、给水流量、减温水流量波动小;烟气污染物均可控制在较低水平.

Abstract:Thermal performance tests were carried out on a 410 t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler with compact water-cooling type of cyclone separator burning mixed fuel of petroleum coke and oil shale,during which a series of parameters were measured and analyzed,such as the temperature,steam flow,flue gas emission as well as carbon content in the bottom and fly ash.Results show that for the CFB boiler burning above mixed fuel while limestone is applied for desulfurization,the boiler thermal efficiency reach 9...
